The Client Access User Interface controls how information is presented to Client Access users. Administrators can create multiple User Interface templates to control which information is displayed throughout Client Access.
For each section of the User Interface template, fields can be configured as Hidden, Visible, or Required.

Configure Visible and Required Fields
Each field in the User Interface template can be configured in one of three states:
State | Description |
|---|---|
Not Selected | The field is hidden from Client Access users. |
Visible (Green) | The field is displayed but is optional. |
Required (Red) | The field is displayed and must be completed before the user can save the information. |
To configure a field:
Click a field once to make it visible. The field turns green.
Click the field a second time to make it required. The field turns red.
Click the field again to return it to the hidden state, if needed.
Example:
In the Account Creation section shown below:
Client Charge Off Date is Visible (Green), allowing Client Access users to enter the value, but it is optional.
Assigned Date is Required (Red), requiring Client Access users to provide a value before they can save the account.
Enable Add Account and Enable Itemization are enabled, allowing users to create new accounts and enter itemization information.
