Configuring Email Preferences: Managing Opt-In Settings

In Email Preferences, you can select the email vendor and configure the Email Category Opt-In settings.

Configuring Email Preferences:

  1. Go to Setup → Emails → Preferences

Default Email Vendor Section:

  1. Select the Default Email Vendor from the dropdown menu.

Category Opt-In Required Section:

Manage Opt-In requirements for different email categories, ensuring compliance and accurate categorization.

  1. Locate the Category Opt-in Required section

  2. By default, Invitation email does not require Opt-In

  3. Make the desired changes based on your requirements

  4. Apply
