Cool New Features!

Always Improving - Isn't ACE Great?

• Enhanced Integration of Solutions By Text text messaging provider into ACE! Some cool features include conversations that are imported into the ACE system automatically, opt-ins that have been done outside of the ACE system will reflect inside of ACE, a drop down of text template options to send to the debtors and single sign in for users logging in to the VA to make payments
• Ability to include account documents from debt forwarded to an agency. A check box has been added to the Forwarding Vendor configuration page, when this box is checked it will send every document that you have listed in your Documents section at the account level
• The ability to export disabled phone numbers in the enrichment vendor providers; ${phoneNumberAll}
• Action added to Account Workflow Actions for Voicemail Drop, example would be the voicemail drop changing the last work date on an account
• A new option has been added to the letter profile Mail to Address drop down: Newest Address. This option will send a letter out to the newest address that has been added to the bundle either by account load or bundle merge
