ACE Release Notes - 2/14/2021
Hi (oops, I don't have your first name in our database!),
Below are the updates and fixes we will be pushing out to all of our customers. We can’t wait to deliver further improvements to you in the months ahead!
We are expecting the downtime for deploying this update to be ten to fifteen minutes.
All the best, Your friends at The InterProse Corporation |
Cool New Upgrades
|
Account ViewDo Not Email Checkbox: A new check box for 'Do Not Email' has been added to the debt information page. Checking this box on an account will exclude it from any electronic mail communication even if an individual email address is opted in on the account.
Bundle Member Removal Note: Whenever a bundle member is removed from a bundle, a note will be created on the bundle primary indicating which account was removed and when it occurred. Previously only the removed bundle member had a removal note. |
Client ManagementClient profiles list fields: The field 'Client last assignment date' has been added to the list of available fields for display in the client profiles list. |
Credit ReportingCredit report Specific Buckets: Admins can now specify which buckets are included when calculating the total balance for accounts credit reported under each client: |
These settings are controlled in each client profile (Clients>profiles) and can be found in the preferences form. |
ETLETL Page optimizations: The primary page used when viewing or creating ETL profiles has had its performance dramatically improved. Load times when first opening an ETL profile or making changes to it should be much faster. |
Responsible PartyRP Account Notation: When creating an RP account from an already existing accounts demographic (spouse for example), the system no longer notates demographic changes to the original account. Instead the system will create a note indicating that a new RP account has been created. |
User ManagementUn-Delete Users: It is now possible to un-delete soft deleted users, typically when a user is deleted it remains in the user list with a deleted tag attached: |
Click on the deleted user and press the 'undelete' button, the user profile will now be active: |
Please note that by default the user menu filters out inactive users. To see all your locked and deleted users you will need to clear the filter criteria from the search bar in the upper right of the user menu. |
