Introduction to Worklists

In this video, we will explore the fundamental purpose of worklists as a tool for effective account management. Additionally, we will introduce other workflow tools available for configuring and designing your desired workflow.

Worklist Menu

Displays all your worklists that have accounts that are available to be worked today. The number in parentheses indicates the number of accounts in the worklist available that are available to be worked today.

Worklist View

Worklists are organized queues of accounts waiting to be worked and serve as a tool in account management workflow. Aligning worklists with thoughtful workflow enhances efficient account management.

Account Workflow Actions

It may be helpful to be familiar with the following workflow tools as you work with worklists in ACE. From the Setup → Workflow menu, select Account Workflow Actions.

View Account Workflow Actions

Account Workflow Actions involve positive actions, such as an agent taking a payment or promise, which may result in the agent being designated the primary agent for an account.

Action Codes

From the Setup → Workflow menu, select Action Codes.

An Action Code is a set of instructions that initiate specified tasks in ACE. Agents can use configured action codes within the notate account section when working accounts.

Action Paths

From the Setup →Workflow Menu, select Action Paths.

Action Paths are containers of Flow Actions, defining step-by-step workflows to be processed via jobs, triggers, or action codes.

Account Flags

A Flag is a value stored to an account that may be used for action path workflow. To view the flags associated with an account, navigate to the Account Flags section on the account page.
