When creating workflow, the Status Codes and Status Code Groups with specific options are often used in conjunction to control workflow.
Go to Setup-Accounts- Status Codes
Status Code Options Section
Fields in the option section may change based on the type of Status Code Group selected.
Specific options include:
Field | Notes |
Selectable | if checked, allows users to change the status code from the Status drop-down menu under Notate Account; if unchecked, prevents users from changing the status code on the account |
Dispute | The status code will display when inserting a dispute record on an account |
Dispute Resolution | The status code will display when resolving a dispute record on an account |
Cancelled | if checked, the status code will display when cancelling an account |
Legal | if checked, the status code will be selectable on legal cases |
Reactivate | Status code will display when reactivating an account |
Locked | All accounts with the status code won't be able to be changed. Information will be greyed out |
Is Protected | Limits status code to be changed based on user permissions |
Selectable is allowed with all Status Code Groups with the exception of: BANKRUPTCY, DECEASED, DISPUTE, NEW
