Status Code Options Section

When creating workflow, the Status Codes and Status Code Groups with specific options are often used in conjunction to control workflow.

Status Code Options Section

Fields in the option section may change based on the type of Status Code Group selected. 

Specific options include:

FieldNotes
Selectableif checked, allows users to change the status code from the Status drop-down menu under Notate Account;
if unchecked, prevents users from changing the status code on the account
DisputeThe status code will display when inserting a dispute record on an account 
Dispute ResolutionThe status code will display when resolving a dispute record on an account
Cancelledif checked, the status code will display when cancelling an account
Legalif checked, the status code will be selectable on legal cases
ReactivateStatus code will display when reactivating an account
LockedAll accounts with the status code won't be able to be changed. Information will be greyed out
Is ProtectedLimits status code to be changed based on user permissions
Selectable is allowed with all Status Code Groups with the exception of: BANKRUPTCY, DECEASED, DISPUTE, NEW
