Virtual Agent Goals


Setup - Users - Profiles


Left click the virtual_agent user

  • Enter a Monthly Goal Amount
  • Left click Save


Return to the Home screen, view the Virtual Agent Dashboard, and review the VA Goals Panel to see the Monthly Goal shown.
