What are Debt Groups

Prev Next

Debt Groups are a configurable field used to categorize accounts within ACE. They act as a custom identifier to group debts based on business-specific needs.

When to Use Debt Groups

Debt Groups may be useful if your organization needs to:

  • Apply custom commission rules

  • Segment accounts based on internal business logic
