On March 15, 2026, our monthly release was deployed.
An expired Microsoft app registration disrupted Office/Microsoft 365 email inboxes from pulling emails into ACE. The app registration has been renewed. After deploying this fix, you will need to follow Step 1. at this linked article to reregister: Register Microsoft 365.
After registering, when the next Email Pop task runs, you can be expect it to pull all missing emails.
This patch fix only impacts customers who use Microsoft 365 email vendors with ACE.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
