Steps to close and deposit a batch
Navigate to Transactions → Batches → Opened
Select the Batch
In the Batch Options section, click Close
If you are ready to deposit the funds, click Deposit
Best Practice
It is best practice to close all batches with the same regularity as it ensures those batches are complete and won't be re-opened for additional transactions or voids.
