Lock the account page preventing agents from modifying the account. However, the status can be updated resulting in the ability to modify the account.
Protected status codes:
Lock the account page preventing agents from modifying the account. Account status codes cannot be modified. Protected status codes can also be prevented from agent views and search by removing the PROTECTED_STATUS_VIEW permission from the "Agent" and "Menu - Accounts" roles.
