SFTP User Billing

SFTP users were previously grouped together with regular users on InterProse customer invoices. We’ve now separated them to improve user management and billing transparency. You can view SFTP users by navigating to Setup → Users → SFTP Users.

If you have any questions, please reach out to us at billing@interprose.com.

ITMS_TD Text Message Vendor

An ITMS_TD Text Messaging Vendor, in partnership with TrueDialog, is now integrated with ACE.

ITMS_TD allows customers to receive MMS text messages from consumers that may include files, like images and pdf documents.

If you are interested in implementing ITMS_TD, please contact us at sales@interprose.com.

ETL Profiles

Customers can now export and import ETL configurations to reproduce ETL profiles, including Mappings and Custom Columns.

See this article on Exporting and Importing ETL Profiles for more information.

Security Credentials

To improve security, after logging in to ACE, admin users will will have five minutes to view and access Secure Keys and Passwords available under Setup → Security Credentials.

An admin user will be prompted to login again if they attempt to view a security key page after that period of time.

New Options for User Preferences

There are new options under User Preferences so minimum password length and maximum session timeout and are now configurable.

Please see this article, Agent Preferences, for more detail.

New Invoicing Fields

New fields are available to be added to invoices. The new fields represent a total for each invoiced bucket and a total of all invoiced buckets. The new fields are associated with the invoiceBucketTotals table when configuring an invoice template.

In order to see the table and fields when working with Invoice Profiles and associated templates, a fresh copy of the Letter Data Source needs to be downloaded from Help → Layout → Letter Data Source and it needs to be updated to your ACE letter data source in LibreOffice.

For more information see the article on: Configuring the Letter Data Source.

Please Note:

The invoiceBucketTotals field values are only populated at the time the invoice is generated.

Fixed These:

  • Users were encountering an "Out of Memory Exception" when configuring a payment plan with an excessive number of payments. Now the user will be unable to see the scheduled payments or save the plan if the configuration would result in an excessive number of payments. Tooltips have been added to clarify the details that may need to be altered.

  • A preview was not being presented in the Email Log if the email profile selected was configured to present a Bundle Group. It is now. Please Note: A bundle group must be selected after a bundle group email profile is selected, the Email profile must be configured for a “Bundle Group” and the Bundle Group Loop must be populated in the email profile's template.

  • When comments were added to Custom SQL in a Logic Block with a Limit set, the Limit was being ignored. This has been fixed.

  • Account notes related to dialer results were formatted to show the date and time preceding the call details. Now the date and time follows the call details in the account notes.

  • When attempting to Clone a user on a customer's application with the Connect dialer vendor enabled, an error was occurring. This has been fixed.

  • There were Bankruptcy dismissed codes being reported on the METRO2 file that are no longer required. They have been removed.

  • Virtual Agent URL links included in SMS text messages were sometimes corrupted in received text messages. This was associated with punctuation in the templates. This has been fixed. Please note: some punctuation immediately following a URL may not be included in received text messages.

  • Viewing Unresponded and Assigned Emails in the Email Manager was taking longer than expected. Email Manager Performance has been improved and the amount of time should be significantly shorter.

  • There was a scenario where the Validation Notice Returned Date was not being populated when a Text Message Validation Notice sent via text message failed. This has been fixed.

  • The HI Reports menu options were unintentionally visible to Client Access users. That is no longer the case.

  • The "Letters: Exports" job task, when using the EMAIL Letter Vendor was sometimes resulting in an Unauthorized lookup on email. This has been fixed.

  • When users were attempting to delete account documents, they were sometimes seeing errors. Now users will see a message when they have successfully deleted a document.

  • If a phone number was loaded to an account formatted incorrectly, the agent was unable to edit the phone number to correct it. Now phone numbers that are not formatted correctly can be edited.

  • When Email messages were sent via job, Notes were not including the job ID. They are now.

  • Rainmaker message preview was no longer visible after using the refresh icon. This has been fixed.
