    Cool New Features!

    Always Improving - Isn't ACE Great?

    • Standalone form fields are now available for letter templates
    • TransUnion Canada Enrichment Vendor has been integrated with our application, this information will be pre-configured in the ACE application

    • Payments will now be moved to the judgement record after the judgement date has been created. Payment plans will also be moved to the judgement record
    • Legal Case letter type has been added to the Send Letter action path
    • The notification of "The timezone could not be determined due to an unknown zip code" has been removed for international accounts on the ACE system

    Changes To Pay Close Attention To

    Report Runner job task can now deliver a report to emails as an attachment in that email. When choosing to send a report as an attachment to a user you will need to list the users you are wanting to send the report to, for example client users. When emailing to a user the system will use the email that is listed in their user profile.

    When emailing a client using the report runner client task, you will need to select the clients you want to email and the system will use the email listed under the Reporting Preferences on the client profile page.

    LiveVox vendor users now have the ability to download a recorded call from LiveVox into ACE and store that recorded call on the ACE application.

    Making Things Right

    • Fixed - When payment plan failed it would fire the trigger for payment plan success
    • Fixed - When searching for client phone numbers, it would return the whole client list, not the specific clientClient_Phone_Search2
