Notes Filtering

Account Notes can now be filtered by date range. The date range selection will persist between accounts and logins.

Please Note:

Because the ability to filter on a date range persists, if a user is not seeing notes at all, it could be because the account has no notes for the date filter selected.

Account Attorney

When adding a new Account Attorney record, only a firm name or a first and last name will be required moving forward. Both will no longer be required.

Please Note:

This change applies to "Account Attorney" records. It does not apply to "Attorney" records. Both of these record types are added from the Setup → Legal menu.

Rainmaker Prompt History

Rainmaker prompts now include a full revision history, allowing you to view, download, and restore previous versions. Prompt filenames are preserved with their content, and validation errors now provide clearer details.

Payment Plan Updates

When a payment plan was being configured or modified in such a way as to result in an excessive number of payments, an Out of Memory Exception was occurring.

In that scenario, the user will now see a warning message letting them know they will be unable to save the plan until changes to the configuration have been made.

See Modify A Payment Plan for additional details.

Ignore Errors Option for Email Flow Actions

There is a new option available to "Ignore Errors" when using "Send Demographic Email" and "Send Email" Flow Actions in an Action Path.

When set to "True," with multiple Flow Actions configured, it will still initiate the other Flow Actions in the event that the email fails.

Text and Phone Logging

The processing efficiency has been improved when recording Text Message and Phone Logs.

Phone Log API

A new API method is available to retrieve phone logs for ACE accounts.

TCN Placeholder Phone Log

A placeholder phone log record will be created now at the time a TCN Click to Dial calls is made from ACE.

When the data is returned via the TCN Import job runs, the phone log record will be updated with the details from TCN.

Patch API Method

The new PATCH API method allows you to update a data point without needing to provide the entire object. Instead you can just provide the solitary field(s) you want to update.

  • PATCH /api/account/{debtID}

  • PATCH /api/account/{debtID}/demographicEmail/{demographicEmailID}

  • PATCH /api/account/{debtID}/demographicPhone/{demographicPhoneID}

  • PATCH /api/account/{debtID}/debtFlag/{debtFlagID}

  • PATCH /api/account/{debtID}/demographicPhone/{demographicPhoneID}

Insurance Policy API

There is a new API endpoint for InsurancePolicy.

Carrier Phone Added to ETL

Via Phone Number ETL Load Method, the Carrier associated with the phone numbers in the data file can also be uploaded.

Visibility to the data loaded into this field is available in the ACE UI via SQL Report Designer by querying the demographic_phone data.

The Carrier field can also be seen in the Phones list on the Account page and the Phones list on the Demographic page.

ETL History Performance

Performance when accessing ETL History has been improved.

Error, warning, and information counts are now calculated during the ETL load process and stored with the job, rather than being calculated when the history page is opened.

This significantly reduces load time when viewing ETL history.

Please Note:

  • ETL files processed before this release will display 0 for error, warning, and info counts.

  • ETL files processed after this release will display accurate counts.

  • If historical log counts are needed, download them prior to deploying the April 2026 release.

Insurance Permissions

New permissions have been added to control access to Insurance information on accounts:

  • ACCOUNT_INSURANCE_VIEW

  • ACCOUNT_INSURANCE_NEW

  • ACCOUNT_INSURANCE_SAVE

  • ACCOUNT_INSURANCE_DELETE

These permissions have been automatically added to account permission roles. In order to restrict access, they will need to be removed from those permission roles and added to other permission roles or distinct permission roles given only to users who should have the designated level of access.

Client Access Permission Roles

To ensure assigned Permission Roles for Client Access Users behave accurately in conjunction with Client Access User Interface configuration, the ability to modify Client Access Permission Roles is now prevented. In addition, Role Groups will not be available for Client Access Users.

The only permission roles that can now be added to Client Access User Types are:

  • Client Access

  • Client_Access - Dashboard

  • Client_Access - File Transfer

  • Client_Access - Reports

No permission roles will be deleted automatically, but any that are not in the list above cannot be added back to a client access user profile.

Please Note

All other Client Access configuration options are governed by UI settings under Setup → User Interface → Client Access and the associated UI configurations being assigned to the Client Access User Profiles “User Interface Template” field.

Client Access Permission Roles should not be assigned to non-client access user types.

SFTP Login Activity

A new user_type field has been added to the auth_log table to distinguish login types:

  • WEB – ACE application logins

  • SFTP – SFTP user logins

SFTP authentication activity is now captured in the auth_log table and can be queried via SQL Designer.

SQL Letter Loop PDF Error Message

When a letter with a SQL Letter Loop is incorrectly connected to a PDF Form Letter Vendor and a user attempts to send the letter, an error message will display: “PDF Form providers do not support SQL Loops. Please change the Letter Vendor to one that uses a Service Provider of Open Office PDF.”

Fixed These:

  • ITMS_TD text messages were not accurately identified as MMS. Failed MMS messages were also showing an erroneous part count. These issues have been fixed.

  • The Estimated Cost calculator was not working for ITMS_TD. It is now.

  • On Email pages, the Archive, Mark as Read, and Mark as Unread buttons were not working. They are now.

  • A scenario was reported where a consumer was able to submit a payment plan with payments not meeting the minimum payment amount configured in the Virtual Agent. Additional safeguards were put in place to prevent recurrence.

  • Optimization has been put in place to reduce unnecessary aborting of Report Generation.

  • Account search was resulting in an error associated with a non-archived field. This has been fixed.

  • When erroneously entering a very small payment on a large balance, a penny for example, too much memory use was resulting in an OutOfMemoryException error. Changes have been put in place to correct for that result.

  • While modifying a payment plan, the Minimum Down Payment field validation was erroneously showing $0.20 instead of 20%. Changes have been put in place to correct for that result. See Modify A Payment Plan for more details.

  • When speed posting, commission was erroneously being calculated to all buckets. This should no longer be the case.

  • Client Access Users were erroneously seeing a Connect Contact Center menu option. This has been removed.

  • When attempting to set an Account Commission via the Account Manager, the available client commission rates were not all showing in the list. They are now.

  • When transferring documents using the Document: Transfer To Job Task via SFTP, if a password needed to be updated, the job was not completing as expected. Now, in that scenario, the job will fail and the logs will note the need for the SFTP password to be updated.

  • Customers in Canada were unable to upload files to the Public Folder in the File Manager. This has been fixed.

  • When "Enable HI Reports" was set to true, the Setup → Dashboards menu was visible even though it is no longer applicable. It is no longer visible in that scenario.

  • Reflection customers were unable to use business name login for VA 2.0. This has been fixed.

  • Speed Posting was not returning multiple accounts as expected. It is now.

  • The new invoiceBucketTotals fields available for invoice templates were not working in sub-invoice loops. Now they are.

  • After importing notes to accounts using the ETL Notes Load Method, opening an account with imported notes was resulting in errors. That is no longer the case.
