As part of our ongoing rollout of enhanced reporting tools, the HI (Helical Insights) Reporting Preview remains available within ACE.
We're continuing to expand access and functionality in stages — so some features may still be in development. Please take the opportunity to explore further and get more hands-on with the new reporting options in the Preview.

VA Google Auth
Please note: Google Authentication for VA 2.0 will soon be discontinued. It's use has been extremely limited and InterProse customers are not gaining meaningful benefit from it. Consumers continue to authenticate to VA 2.0 securely by other methods including password, email and text.
Test Rainmaker Prompting
There is now a feature available in ACE that can be used to test Rainmaker prompts with different channels of communication. After updating Rainmaker Prompts, the updated Rainmaker Prompt file can be published for use.

Rainmaker Condition
A Rainmaker Condition is a conditional flow action configured in an action path that uses AI to evaluate inbound text or email messages with a yes/no (true/false) prompt.
In addition to working with text and email messages, it can now be used to evaluate incoming messages received through the VA contact-us page when a consumer sends a message to the customer.
This is configured by adding a Rainmaker Condition to an Action Path that is initiated in association with the onAfterVirtualAgentMessage trigger.

Promise Plan Modification
Promise plans can now be modified to secure payment plans by an Agent at the account level in ACE while retaining existing settlement and plan details.
Please Note
They cannot be modified through a job task.
A number of factors can alter the behavior of a payment plan including any payments that were processed between the creation of the original plan and it's modification.
It remains important to validate payment plan details before saving a plan that is being created or altered.
Demographic Email Misc Fields
The Demographic Email page now has 5 misc (miscellaneous) fields that can be used to store data.
Please Note
The misc fields for Email enrichment data are also still available to have data loaded into them. It's important to distinguish between the two when mapping data using the Email ETL load method. The Email enrichment field to select for the first misc field is Misc1 and the one to select for the Email address is Misc001.

Company Goal Amount
The value stored in the Company Goal Amount Fields can now be eight digit whole numbers or a maximum value of $99,999,999.99. Previously, it could only hold seven digits or a maximum value of $9,999,999.99.
Form Record Delete Debt Notes
When a form record is deleted, the debt note that is created will now include the associated unique form ID.
Jobs Performance
The initialization speed of jobs that use security keys, like those with SFTP job tasks, has been improved.
Account Summary API
There is a new option to get account summary details via API. Find it in ACE via Help → API Documentation → The Account API.

Bundle Group Optimization
Bundle Group Serialization has been optimized. This is expected to improve the speed of activities associated with Bundle Group Logic.
Fixed These:
When archiving debts, the Job Task was failing if one of the accounts to be archived had a payment plan. This has been fixed and the job task will no longer fail in that scenario. Please Note: Accounts with active payment plans are not eligible to be archived. In order for accounts to be eligible to be archived, active payment plans must be removed or completed.
There were some situations when a VA login note was showing up erroneously. That has been fixed.
Users in Canada were unable to successfully upload files to the Public folder. They are able to do that now.
The ACE Account page sidebar Documents count was not correct when more than 25 documents were stored to the account. That number is accurate now.
There was a configured scenario where Sending MMS text validation notices using an action path resulted in a deadlock. This has been fixed.
API calls, associated with loading Credit Card and ACH transactions, were sometimes resulting in timeout issues. To improve this issue, pagination support was added to pull smaller portions of data through multiple api calls until the full set of data is retrieved.
