Workflow
New 'onAddressMailReturnChange' Trigger We have added a new trigger that activates based on updates to the mail return status of secondary addresses instead of the primary demographic address. |
ETL loading
ETL Load Note Suppression Loading or updating accounts in ACE via ETL can generate a large amount of notes. We have added a checkbox (called 'Suppress Notes') within ETL profiles that gives the user the option to prevent an ETL load from generating any notes on accounts. |
Virtual Agent
Select payment destinations for Payment_Plan NodeWe have added the ability to specify a payment destination within the payment_plan node. A separate destination can be set in each node on the VA for both ACH and CC.

Letters
Database Tables The table 'demographic_email' has been made available to letter templates and letter vendors profiles. |
Security Credentials
PGP Decryption of Signed Files ACE now has the ability to decrypt signed PGP files. |
Client Profiles
Client profile page optimization The load speed of the client profile page for customers with a large number of clients has been greatly improved. |
PaymentsPayment Rerun We have added a rerun button on the payment view screen. When a transaction fails due to a system error, this button allows a user to manually rerun the transaction with a single click. |
Reports
New Report - Trans Report! The transaction report contains detailed information related to transactions and is a powerful multi-level report. For more information please see the 'Take a Closer Look' section.
New Report - Agent Scorecard! The agent scorecard report is focused on monthly collections broken down by agent. The report is multi-level, allowing you to view agent collections transaction by transaction in the sub level reports, or from an overhead MTD collections and future scheduled payments/promises by month. For more information please see the 'Take a Closer Look' section.
Client Acknowledgment Report & Accounting Over Payment Report Updated Both reports have been updated, the result is a more interactive report when generated in HTML format. |

Transaction Report
The transaction report displays all transaction information for the specified client within the designated time period. The report breaks down transactions into multiple rows as shown below. The report can be found under reports>accounting. |
When generated in HTML, each total can be clicked on to generate a lower level report showing all the transactions that resulted in the total. For example, clicking on the principal amount of $97600 above results in the following report:
Note: the invoice and commissions columns shown have been collapsed to hide empty fields. |
In the lower level reports, it is possible to navigate to any item highlighted in blue. For example, clicking on the agency number will take you to the account related to that transaction or clicking on the payment amount will take you to the payment transaction. |
Agent Scorecard Report
The agent scorecard report is a multi-level report that shows monthly collections broken down by agent. The report lists collections for the current month and all scheduled payment/promises for the next twelve months. |
When viewing the report in HTML, clicking on any of the displayed totals will bring up a sub-report showing the list of transactions that make up the selected total: |
Similar to the Daily Transaction report, it is possible to navigate to any item within the list. For example, clicking on the agency number will take you to the account related to that transaction or clicking on the payment amount will take you to the payment transaction. |
Making Things Right- Fixed an error that resulted in some visitors being unable to hear audio when using the Virtual Agent. - Fixed an issue preventing state specific information from popping up on an account.
