What are Bundle Preferences?
Bundle preferences control how accounts within the same bundle are handled when forwarding and recalling accounts.
These settings determine whether accounts in a bundle stay together or can be treated individually.
Please Note:
These settings apply globally to all forwarded accounts, regardless of which forwarding vendor is used.

Forward Bundle Method
Controls how bundled accounts are handled when forwarding accounts to vendors.
Select an option from the dropdown. Review the table below for more information.
Option | Behavior |
|---|---|
Send All Linked Accounts to the Same Agency | All accounts in the bundle are sent to the same vendor. Prevents splitting across vendors. |
Assign New Accounts to Same Agency | Accounts in the same forwarding batch are assigned to the same vendor. Previously forwarded bundle accounts are not included. |
Ignore Bundling | Bundle relationships are ignored. Accounts may be sent to different vendors. |
Recall Bundle Method
Controls how bundled accounts are handled when recalling accounts from vendors.
Select an option from the dropdown. Review the table below for more information.
Option | Behavior |
|---|---|
Recall Entire Bundle | Recalls all forwarded accounts in the bundle when one account is recalled. |
Recall Individual | Recalls only the selected accounts. Other bundle accounts remain forwarded. |
How It’s Used
Applies during distribution (forwarding) and recall processes
Controls whether bundled accounts are kept together or handled separately
Impacts both operational workflow and vendor assignment
Notes
Use bundle grouping when accounts must stay together (for example, related debts)
Use individual handling for more flexibility in vendor assignment
Review bundle settings before running distributions or recalls to avoid unexpected results
