This article covers how to manage bundle preferences for forwarding and recalling bundle accounts in ACE.
Go to Forwarding → Preferences to control bundle preferences for forwarding.
Forward Bundle Method
This controls how accounts are treated when distributing to forwarding vendors.
The options are listed below:
Send All Linked Accounts to the Same Agency - This will make sure when doing group assignments that all accounts in a bundle will go to the same agency and won't be sent to two different agencies.
Assign New Accounts to Same Agency - This will make sure all accounts in the specific forwarding batch will go to the same agency.
Ignore Bundling - The account's bundle will not matter when determining which agency the account is sent to.
Recall Bundle Method
This controls how accounts are recalled from a forwarding agency.
The options are listed below:
Recall Entire Bundle - When a single account in a bundle is recalled the system will automatically grab all accounts in the same bundle that are forwarded and add them to be recalled as well.
Recall Individual - When selecting accounts to recall, only the accounts selected will be part of the recall.
